Introduction to Barista and Coffee Making
The purpose of this pre-vocational LEAP course is to engage participants seeking employment and/or further study in the Hospitality industry via a short and focused program with a practical hands on approach to basic Barista (coffee making) skills, as well as introducing learners to industry work health & safety requirements. It will enable learners to build their skills and confidence to participate in further education and training and/or employment.
