Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that utilises a chair for support, making it accessible and beneficial for adults with limited mobility or those who find traditional yoga poses challenging. It focuses on seated and supported poses that improve flexibility, strength, balance, and overall well-being. Chair Yoga can also help reduce stress, improve breathing, and promote relaxation.
