Our function room is a spacious, freestanding hall set in beautiful surroundings—ideal for a wide range of community and private hire needs.

A Flexible Space for Many Occasions

The function room is suitable for children’s birthday parties, family gatherings and celebrations, meetings and conferences, educational programs, and health and fitness activities.

Please note: the space is not available for teenage or 21st birthday parties.

Rates

Our room hire rate is $60 per hour (minimum two hours), and is subject to availability.

Insurance

Vermont South Neighbourhood House (Local Community Insurance) provides Public Liability Insurance for individual hirers at a cost of $20 per hire (once paid for, this is non-refundable). Please note: A $500 excess applies to any claim. Private organisations will need to provide their own insurance.
